It’s been a long time since BMAQ Masters have held a ONE DAY tournament! Whether it was the date, the excellent badminton facilities at SKY Badminton Centre or the centrally located venue, 55 players entered this event!. The most we have seen this year – and all squeezed into a ONE-DAY event.

Because of the numbers, games were played to 25 points (usually we play to 31 points) and every player played with most players from their team.

Eleven (11) games in total for players – including 2 cross-over games at the conclusion of the tournament. Every point counted towards the overall team score and play finished at 7.05pm followed by a quick adding up of the point scores.

The winning team was the Onesies with 2058 points, closely followed by the One Hit Wonder with 2016 points. In third place were the One for All with 1990 points and in fourth place were the Once up on a Time with 1871 points.

See you at Nambour.
