New Venue, new faces and a good roll up. What more can we ask for. Even the weather was kind although a bit warm. Despite a late start of 12.30pm we were still able to get through the 3 rounds by 6.00pm. 4 courts were available for use and despite the floor showing a bit of reflection, the lighting was excellent.
30 players turned up for the weekend and we welcome our new players Doug Manser, Bernie Mullins, Graham Stark and Sharon Smith.
Competition was again strong with even the newcomers proving they weren’t there to pussy foot around.
