The Magic (Lanterns) won with 2569 points. Each player in the “Magics” scored more than 400 points which averages out to almost 27 points per game. This includes the 1-day players on the calculation of the overall matches. The standout player for this team was Klaus War with the highest player score of the tournament with 458 (7 points away from maximum number) and one point away from perfect x-overs. Also noteworthy was Gus Adul Shukor with 449 points, 13 out of 15 wins, and perfect x-overs.
Second were the Paper (Lanterns) only 38 points behind with 2531 points with most of the “Papers” reaching the 400 mark. Wayne Merwood made a big contribution with 448 points, 12 wins, and perfect x-overs.
Third were the Kerosene (Lanterns) with 2477 points. The leading point scorer for the “Kerosenes” and 2nd highest overall was Brijesh Aravind with 456 points and 12 wins.
Fourth and not far behind the third team were the Floating (Lanterns) with 2437 points. The most points for the “Floaters” was scored by Guru Nagaraj, the third highest overall with 453 points and perfect x-overs.
